Belmont Press Limited is one of the UK’s leading lithographic printing companies. Our organisational goals are centred around producing a top quality product that continually exceeds the expectations of our customers.
These goals are consistently achieved by our total commitment to effective quality management at every level within the business and by the operation of our quality system that satisfies the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. It is maintained by an annual management review, a regular series of internal audits, and external audits by a recognised body. The Directors recognise the need to make resources available to ensure that standards are maintained.
Quality objectives will normally be set as a result of the Management Review or actions arising from this policy and will be communicated at all levels within the company. We recognise that by continually improving our processes and procedures we ensure efficiency and quality at all levels and stages of our business. We consider that our continued profitability is a measure of the extent to which we are able to satisfy our customers. We also intend to measure customer satisfaction by recording complaints, performance reports and the results of surveys.
Our people are our strength and their continuing development is the duty of management at all levels. All personnel have the authority to work within the scope of their responsibilities.
Ultimate responsibility within the company rests with the Managing Director. In recognising the importance of the quality system, he has appointed a management representative who has responsibility for all matters pertaining to the system. It is a mandatory condition of employment that all personnel follow the agreed procedures in maintaining the highest levels of quality at all times.
This policy applies to all printing and related activities carried out on the three sites on Lodge Farm Industrial Estate, Northampton.
