Case study: Spratton Hall School

School yearbooks are a huge success

Belmont Press was approached by Spratton Hall School in Northamptonshire to produce autograph books and yearbooks for pupils who were leaving the school at the end of the summer term.

The autograph books were presented to the pupils at the end of term and proved a huge success as everyone could sign each other’s books before leaving the school.Pupils at Spratton Hall reading their yearbooks

The yearbooks were personalised with each pupil’s name and contained information and photographs of the whole year group’s experiences at the school. Sandra Ralston, a mother of one of the pupils, coordinated the project after having worked on a previous yearbook when her older child left the school. Sandra commented: “The yearbooks went down really well. The feedback has been amazing and they are absolutely fabulous. It was a time-consuming project as we had to pull everything together – baby photos, first day photos, and pictures from events and school trips – while making sure that everyone was evenly represented. However, it was worth it as it’s an amazing record for the children.”

She continued: “Belmont Press were very easy to work with. They were very efficient and very accommodating. The quality is excellent and each one is personalised. We’re delighted.”Spratton Hall yearbook
