News - An Introduction to Print Course

In addition to our ever popular Print Buying Seminars that are held on-site, we are delighted to announce a one-off Introduction to Print course to be held at the University of the West of England on 29 April 2009.

This half-day course is specifically designed for production/marketing assistants who require a basic insight into printing terms and procedures. There will be a series of presentations outlining the reprographics process, the types of paper and board used and the various stages of print production. There will also be videos taken from Belmont Press’ production facility to give a real-life insight into the print process.

The course will be held at The Farmhouse Conference facility at the University of the West of England. There will be refreshments on arrival with the seminar commencing at 10.00am and closing at 1.00pm. There is also a buffet lunch included.
