Creating PDFs from Adobe InDesign

To ensure a fast and efficient turnaround, we recommend supplying each page of your artwork as a separate PDF. Although InDesign does not currently offer the facility to create individual page PDFs at once, the Page Export Script will take care of this process.

You will need to download and install our Adobe PDF jobOptions file, and the Page Export Script.

You should also review our Adobe jobOptions installation instructions and the Page Export Script installation instructions.

To export all the pages from your InDesign document, double-click the PageExporterUtility script from the Scripts panel (Window -> Automation -> Scripts). This will enable you to choose the options for your PDFs.

Once you have clicked OK, you will be asked to choose the correct PDF options. Choose the Belmont Press option that you installed previously.

A message will appear to let you know once the exporting has completed.
